KCMB recruitment required a new website which could incorporate the new web technologies and allow their website to work for them.

The Solution provided by IMPL was a bespoke recruitment tool that allows KCMB to add, amend and track their vacancies online. Features such as submit a CV, send to a friend and contact forms also ensured that the site would produce sales leads as well as helping the end user.

The site has dual functionality in the form of two separate site designs and requirements for the two distinct areas of recruitment. This is accessed via a common menu which switches site graphics and jobs listings around a base design.

The site also stores submitted CVs and forwards them to the appropriate consultants added to the tracking on each job. The tool can further be expanded to include Sales call logs, tracking systems and further online diary tools.
